Basketball Nike Shocks

help choose tennis shoes?
I only have access to blacktop/concrete courts…and playing on these surfaces gave me stress fractures. At the moment I am using basketball shoes (A1) as they have high ankles. Thinking of buying proper tennis shoes. Looking at Yonex power cushion (egg bouncing of the sole) and other brands like Asics Gel, Nike, NB. Confused with which shoes are best for cushion/shock absorbent. price is not a problem ![]()
I am well known for weak ankles and bones….hence better shoes
Unless you have wide feet, I think the Adidas Barricade II Mid would fit you perfectly. I have been wearing the Barricade II for the past 2 years, after trying the Babolat (model before the Propulse), and the New Balance CT820. I also tried the Barricade IV, which I did not like. The Barricade II is the way to go. And yes, shoes can be expensive, but you cannot put a price on injury prevention and comfort. You would think the newer models would be better, but I don’t think they are. And based on how well these shoes sell (they are not discontinued for a reason), a lot of other people love these shoes too! Good luck, buddy.
