Basketball Low Post

Off season basketball workout?
I’m 14 years old to be sophomore. I have just started playing basketball about 6 months ago and I fell in love with the sport. I played JV for my school my freshman year and i want to make full varsity next year. I need a basketball program that will help me increase my strength, endurance, ball handling, shooting, passing, speed, and agility. I have a gym membership at 24 hour fitness and play basketball every day and I work out at least five days a week. I also run about 4 miles a day.I talked to my coach about a off season basketball program and what i should be doing. There responses were to vague. They told me my weaknesses and what my strengths are, that’s it. I was a low post at the beginning of the basketball season then I started to learn the wing position. I’m going to be a combination of a low post and a wing next year. I am very determined to get better and love the game. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!!
dribbling – use cones to make and place them done somewhere so when you dribble you can use different moves like crossover, behind the back, dribble left handed/right handed
shooting – get a partner and tell him to be your rebounder. shoot around the wing area and if you practyice low post, practice backing down and shooting fade aways and hooks.
strength – lift while you are at the gym
endurance – kepp running and control your breathing
passing – use your partner and practice passing up and down the cown with bounce pass/ chest pass or fancy passing like behind the back/leg
speed – go to the track at your school and do 1000 meters sprint. do that like 20 times.
agility – use those cones and practice your feet work.
