Basketball Fundamentals Video
How do you prepare for your school intramural esp. if it’s your first time?
Ours is on October 8. We don’t have much go-to guys and I am most comfortable just spotting up and setting screens. I’m not so good at ball handling. I am also going to play SG but I’m undersized (kinda like Jason Terry). Also, as I pointed out, it will be my first time. How do you overcome nervousness and what can pump me up? Our section will also play the 1st basketball game since we’re section A. I have already watched the Jordan videos in Youtube (if you search Michael Jordan fundamentals, there are so many videos, I WATCHED ALL OF THEM!!!).
Try to listen to music on some headphones. Gets lots of sleep don’t stay up so late. When you wake up that day trick your mind by constantly saying “I’m pumped, I’m pumped”
