Do you think i gained weight?!?
Ok, today i had a sausge egg and cheese croisont thing that u put in the microwave, 3 mini pan cakes, a twix bar, a snack wrap from mcdonalds, 3 cookies, and an apple and peanut butter. yes i know thats alot of fattening stuff! I also ran a mile and a 3rd and walked just a little, and played a little basketball. im 5’1 and weigh about 97-98 pounds. do u think i gained weight? (btw im just wondering because im trying to stay healthy for cross country)

You aren’t gonna gain like 50 pounds from like just one day of splurging. Even so, that’s still not a whole lot that you ate anyway.
As long as you keep up the exercise, it’s okay to take in a few extra calories. If you’re ALWAYS eating light and working out a lot like you are, your body might start breaking down your muscle for energy (especially if there’s no fat).
