Why all of a sudden does nba make players wear baggy shorts instead of the traditional short-shorts?
i was wondering cause i saw the old players such as george mikan and larry bird wear short shorts and now players in modern basketball wear baggy shorts
Style changes over time. And the long, baggy shorts probably feel better, too. Also, players started wearing a lot of other gear under their shorts, like tight padded shorts and stuff like that, so they needed the long, baggy shorts to cover it up, I guess.
